1. Genie Block Manufacturing, a Manufacturer of
fire-resistant building blocks introduces the newest finish: “ledge
stone”. This is yet another quality finish adding to the long
line of existing finishes. Dubbed by the Company as the Building
Block of the 21st Century, these finished blocks are
fire-resistant, bug & rodent resistant and earthquake proof. They
add strength and value to any structure, be it a luxury home, a
garage or a retaining wall.
Manufactured in Vancouver, BC , the Company is busy building custom
homes in North Vancouver and the rest of the Greater Vancouver Area.
2. The Building Block of the 21st
Century is what Genie Block Mfg of Vancouver calls its new
method of building Custom Homes, Commercial & Industrial Buildings
and Garages. Busy putting up building after building in the
Vancouver area, the Company employs a patented hollow concrete log
that is fire resistant, earth quake proof and bug & rodent
resistant. Pre-Finished on one side with a textured finish of
choice the logs are easily stacked and installed with little
manpower required. Manufactured at comparable costs to current
construction methods these buildings add value due to longevity (150
years +), sound damping and added insulation. After 5 years of
development and testing , the President and CEO Gerry Robinson is
launching this product into the market country-wide.
3. Genie Block Manufacturing is the

This block is ideal for Landscape Companies to build Retaining
Walls, Fences and the like. Pre-finished on either one or both sides
with a finish that closely matches existing structures, these 6 foot
long blocks are easily installed. Labor costs are held to a minimum

4. A new Building Concept from Genie Block
Manufacturing offers added value to Homes and buildings alike.
Consisting at the core of 6 foot long hollow concrete logs,

in the market. No longer is there a need to tear down and re-build
