Genie BlocksTM
most outstanding feature is the hollow vertical and horizontal cavities
that permit in-wall installation of utilities.

-
Steel reinforced assembly for
extremely high resistance to ground motion or impacts.
-
Pre-plumb during assembly for
water flow and thermal heating.
-
Inter-locking design assures
fast, and accurate assembly, a tight air seal and additional resistance to
ground motion.
-
Steel reinforced block
construction provides high structural strength.
-
Pre-wire your structure and
protect your electrical system from moisture or pests.
-
Hollow cavities provide R40
insulation factor and higher if filled with an insulating substance.
Neither
cinderblock or tilt wall construction can offer this advantage and must
therefore either attach conduit for service to the inner wall, or build a
second inside wall behind which services can be run.
Genie Blocks
allow the contractor to cut access holes in the blocks where outlets are
required according to the building plans. As the walls go up, the
necessary conduit is put in place and appropriately marked for hookups
later. This is done during construction since certain vertical columns
will be filled entirely with concrete during construction
