Pre-cast concrete stringers fasten

Building Inspectors are very strict about staircase construction, with particular emphasis on the accuracy of the rise from one stair to the next. The difference in stair rise should be no more that one eighth on a inch!

This means the builder must be very accurate with his calculations and construction whether he is building a form to pour concrete stairs or framing wooden ones. This requires time and patience because errors can be costly.
