The lifting device then
positions the block for placement on the wall while a bead of grout is
laid down. The grout provides additional strength relative to shearing
forces should an earthquake occur, but its primary function is as a
sealant.

The block is
then placed upon the wall and manually butted up against the preceding
block in the line by a worker. At this point, any tension rods or
conduits required are placed inside the wall as required by the building
plans.

Three simple steps: Lift, Grout and Place!
Those are the three basic steps creating any wall with Genie Blocks. But there are a few details as well needed to comply with both engineering and municipal guidelines. Note that these guidelines may differ between jurisdictions.
